Kernunnos is a project born from a simple and ancient vision: healing is a natural process, and art can be a powerful tool for it.

In a time when everything is fast, mental, and fragmented, the Kernunnos project creates spaces where one can return to the body, the breath, and deep listening.
It is not just about performance or entertainment, but about living experiences in which music and movement become tools for transformation.

The project brings together music and medicine dance, offering pathways in which each person can come into contact with themselves in an authentic and direct way.

Medicine is what restores balance.

Kernunnos uses art, sound, movement, and ritual as tools to reactivate deep memories, release energetic blockages, and create safe spaces for listening and reconnection.

The project is inspired by the ancestral concept of medicine in Native American traditions, where healing is not simply the elimination of symptoms, but a return to balance between body, spirit, emotions, community, and nature.

Instruments

Primordial and Modern Acoustic Instruments.

The ongoing exploration of sounds and the instruments that create them lies at the heart of the project. Voices—used both as melodic lines and as drones—the shamanic drum along with other percussion, come together with the sound of the modern acoustic guitar.

Every sound present in the tracks has been recorded acoustically. The decision to avoid using synthesized instruments stems from the desire to achieve a more authentic and primordial sound.

Latin Language

The Latin language creates a sense of order and energetic containment.

Latin goes beyond the rational mind; it does not trigger mental dialogue but enters directly into the body and the energetic field..

432 Hz

The music is tuned to a frequency of 432 Hz.

Tuning the A to a frequency of 432 Hz, often called the “golden tuning,” is considered by proponents of holistic music and vibrational wellness to have a “healing power” capable of resonating with the human body and nature.
